RETURNS
We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your Atha purchase. However, in the event that you need to return or exchange your unworn items you can begin the process by emailing us at: atha_info@michellecherian.com.
  • We accept returns within 10 calendar days of receipt.
  • You will be credited in full, minus all shipping.
  • We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Atha.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
  • Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. 

 

SHIPPING
At this time we offer domestic shipping within the United States.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. 
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

Note: Items purchased between 8/26/2016-9/11/2016, will be shipped on 9/12/2016. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY
We care about protecting your privacy. We will not share, transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties. When personal information is collected, such as a credit card number or personal data, it is protected through the use of encryption.
